Not your run-of-the-mill poultry roaster. The versatile, 2-in-1 design of the Poultry Roaster empowers you to grill your bird and sides at the same time. Prepare a crispy yet moist chicken in the center, while vegetables simmer around the rim. Fill the center liquid container to make a succulent beer can chicken, or remove it to use the entire pan for vegetables or sides. The Poultry Roaster can be used with any Weber grill, and also fits seamlessly and securely into the Gourmet BBQ System cooking grates (sold separately).
